I’m a loving mom who doesn’t always love every single aspect of being a mom.
I love coffee more than a human should. And I find that I guard my free time like it’s precious treasure. When I’m not on mom duty, I might get all productive and squeeze in some self-care or work on my business. Or I might just binge some British Baking Show and plan a trip somewhere.
I’ve hit some bumps along my motherhood journey.
I have dealt with…
- the pain of recurrent pregnancy loss
- the emotional struggle of being a mom
- the trapped feeling that comes with anxiety
And I know mom guilt like the back of hand.
I’ve been the most sleep-deprived, irritable version of myself ever, and I know how it feels to be totally drained and still have to push forward.
But thanks to some excellent training, personal therapy, and years of experience in the field, I also know how to navigate rough waters.
That’s why I’m so passionate about working with women like you. I get the struggle, and I’ve learned how to manage it.
In addition to being a mom, I’ve got some solid experience on my side. I’ve worked with kids and families for 20+ years, and helped lots of women tackle their mental health needs, improve their relationships, and parent in ways that work for them.
That work, combined with my art therapy background, allows me to provide personalized treatment that’s right for you. This could include things like talk therapy, art therapy, coparenting work, or family therapy.
I work well with women who are open to feedback, who are ready to tackle their unresolved stuff, and who don’t mind a little humor.
If you’re someone who is looking for a way to better connect with your family, feel better about your relationships, use attachment-based parenting, and most importantly, feel better about you, then you are in the right place.
